1) Walk with your back straight, chest out and chin up
The walk of an alpha-male. The walk of a confident man. If your not walking like this, then you've got bad posture. If your new to the game and you've been walking hunchback with your head down your entire life, it might even feel kind of odd walking in this new found way. Practice in front of a mirror, do whatever you have to do to make sure you look and feel comfortable and natural.
2) Slow down your movements
Continuing on from the walk of an alpha male, the alpha also slows down EVERYTHING he does. Watch clips on YouTube of Will Smith, Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise (when he's not running everywhere) - watch how they walk, watch how they reach for their drink, watch how they do EVERYTHING. It's calm, collective and slow. Not un-naturally slow, but slower than the average man. It looks cool, it looks confident, it's alpha.
3) Smile
Nobody likes a miserable person. If you are smiling and having fun, you automatically draw people towards you, and you look attractive. Look at the world's alpha males - they are constantly smiling and enjoying themselves, look at every man with a hot chick, you guessed it, they are smiling. I don't want you to walk around with a cheesey grin on your face, just make sure you look like the world is your oyster and you are having a good time.
Conversation Tips
1) Slow down!
Again, relax and slow down your talking. It shows your cool, calm and confident. Watch interviews of ANY alpha male, he's relaxed all around - body language AND speach. Talking fast shows nervousness, and the alpha is never nervous.
2) Hold eye contact
When having a conversation with somebody, hold your eye contact. One of the most important life skills you will ever learn is eye contact. A confident man will always hold his eye contact. If you're eyes are everywhere it shows neediness, nervousness, bassically all the things you DON'T WANT TO BE. Also, don't be the first to break eye contact - the dominant male never breaks eye contact first.
3) Listen!
I get a lot of e-mail's from guys who simply just don't know how to have a proper conversation! They get stuck for words it fizzles out. Well, just listen! Women will always tell you what they want to talk about. It's one of the oldest seduction "tricks" in the book, but it's one that will stand the test of time. If you ask a women what she has done today and she says "I just went into town and did some shopping with my sister" she wants you to talk about shopping, or her sister!
